In 2009, we launched our “ Woman to Woman” Campaign: “Give to a Woman In Your Life!”, which encourages women to mentor, advocate, share, and educate each other. A beautiful bookmark with the Zonta logo and yellow rose emblem was used for this purpose.
A national, in partnership with Company of Women, was launched in the Company of Women Magazine last Fall. Melissa Punambolam, was the dynamic young winner that received the award at our 2010 International Women's Day event. The new recipient of the 2011 award will be presented at the Zonta Mississauga "Perspectives on Progress" event on March 10, 2011.
